At every level, amateur or pro are facing the same problems . We always speak about confidence, how to be relaxed, how to manage stressfully situations, how to be strong mentally…

But are we working on it on a daily basis? Do we work the mental part as we work the technique, the fitness or the recovery part?

The answer is no…

So I have created a game and a tool for the player to work on their mental skills in real situations by playing point.

Facing a blackboard that's not the way to improve mentally, would you improve your forehand by only watching videos?

The answer is no…

By applying different tools and facing different stressing moments you will be able to work on your mental toughness and develop routine and good habits that you will be able to reproduce in officials matches
